“I was absolutely amazed at the excellent customer service provided to me from Tyler at Camco . I had been a bit concerned about my water softener system but Tyler immediately put those worries to rest as he explained the system to me and very nicely answered all my questions. I was widowed in 2022, and thought I was recalling what my husband had shared with me about proper use of the Camco system, but turns out I had misunderstood a lot! To my surprise, he would not even charge me for a service call because he only educated me – an old fashioned philosophy in customer service that I didn’t think existed anymore. I’ve tried to find companies that are trustworthy and honest in my 4 years in Arizona and I’ll be calling them for all my future plumbing jobs.”
